In order for air conditioning plant to run at its most efficient, regular maintenance is required. Air Conditioning Inspections can assist in identifying areas for improvement or replacement as well as alternative solutions for heating and/or cooling.
From 4 January 2009 CLG (Communities in Local Government) state an Air Conditioning Inspection is required on all buildings with a cooling load greater than 250kW.
From 4 January 2011 CLG state Air Conditioning Inspections will be required for all buildings with a cooling load greater than 12kW.
An initial air conditioning inspection is required by the above dates then at regular intervals not exceeding 5 years.
